Broadcast Operations

Broadcast Operations is responsible for all filming, production and editing for the District’s television station PSTV Channel 52.  This component also develops public service campaigns and special productions and provides video documentation and audio/visual support of public meetings and presentation.

 

PSTV is the Public Educational Channel for the School District of Philadelphia. PSTV broadcasts 24 hours a day and aims to produce informative and instructional programs for students, parents and the community.

Internship Opportunities

PSTV studios is seeking highly motivated high school students for internships this Fall. Students interested in furthering their education in television and video production, journalism, writing and directing should contact Eric Lochstampfor at  pstvinternship@philasd.org, or 215-400-4040.
