The Office of Communications provides a link between internal and external stakeholders by conveying the School District of Philadelphia's key policies, programs, and messages. The Office plays a critical role in informing and engaging the public through coordinated partnerships, media relations, public speaking forums, web communications, publications, and the District's community access cable television station, PSTV 52, housed in the District’s Education Center at 440 N.
