Eligibility standards for NAIA An entering freshman student must be a graduate of an accredited high school or be accepted as a regular student in good standing as defined by the enrolling institution.
NOTE: In order to meet the requirement of Article V, Section C, item 2, paragraph a above, an entering freshman taking the SAT as of March 1, 2005 must achieve a score of 860 or higher on the Critical Reading and Math sections.
Registering with the NCAA Clearinghouse:If you are looking to compete in athletics at a division 1 or division 2 college or university as a freshman you must register with the clearinghouse (eligibility center) You cannot take an “Official visit” if you have not registered with the clearinghouse. You cannot accept an athletic scholarship if you haven’t registered. NOT REGISTERED=NOT PLAYING How to register:
