Dual Enrollment Applications

The Dual Enrollment Application is online using the counselors' login from the District's web page. Forms specific to the student are printed from the application.

• Home Educated applications for Dual Enrollment are available from the regional offices.

• Charter school applications are distributed from the Office of Charter Schools to the charter schools prior to each semester. Applicants can receive the forms from their schools.

• Private and Non-public applications are distributed from the  Coordinating Office of Non-public Schools to the private and non-public schools prior to each semester. Applicants can receive the forms from their schools.
