All Independence Blue Cross vision programs are administered by Davis Vision (Davis) and offer comprehensive vision care benefits. Vision benefits include one visit every two calendar years and $100 hardware/contacts reimbursement. The District offers optical benefits for members of CASA, SPAP & Non-Rep. employees. Employees who have the Vision Rider Program are entitled to IBC Vision Benefits once every two years. The coverage is the same under medical Keystone Health Plan East and Vision rider. To maximize benefits, use in-Network Davis Providers. If you choose frames from Davis Collections, you may pay nothing out of pocket besides co-pay if you are using KHPE Vision. Prescription DrugsHow are prescription drugs covered? For members of CASA, SPAP & Non-Rep, Rx benefits are offered by the District. See Select Drug Program brochure for details. You may receive up to a 30-day supply of your medication at the pharmacy. For a 90-day supply with 1 co-pay, see Future Scripts Mail Service Order Form.
UPDATE: For CASA, SPAP and Non-Rep employees, effective August 1, 2011, your prescriptions will be filled from a new FutureScripts mail order service facility. Please be aware that most active refills for mail service prescriptions were automatically be transferred, but in some circumstance you will need to ask your physician to write a new prescription . This include, but are not limited to:• Prescriptions for controlled substances• Prescriptions for compound medications• Future-fill prescriptions (prescriptions not yet processed with future refill dates)You can contact FutureScripts Customer Service at 1-888-678-7012
