Our customer service staff provides full support for our employees and retirees. This includes active and COBRA medical insurance, dental, Rx and vision coverage (if applicable), life insurance, wage continuation and 403(b) and 457(b) plans. 

As of January 4, 2016, the Office of Employee Benefits offers after-hours services by advanced appointment. If you are unable to visit our office during regular business hours, please contact benefits@philasd.org to schedule an appointment. We will do our best to accommodate you to ensure you are able to get the support you need.

The hours of operation for walk in employees will be as follows:

Monday through Thursday: 9AM to 5PMFridays and after hours: By advanced appointment only.
