• Attendance & Truancy Toolkit - Compilation of forms used during the truancy intervention process, including C-31s (in 8 languages), Truancy Intervention Protocol, and W4C Checklist

• Daily Report - Report used to monitor a student's daily attendance and behavior
  

• Monthly Reconciliation Report - Form used by schools to report attendance/enrollment to Associate Superintendents

• Overage Student Letter - Letter sent home to students 17 years old and above who are chronically truant.  If there is no response from the parent/guardian or the student, the child is to be withdrawn.

• Truancy Court Update Form - Form provided to District Court Representatives in order to present the updated information in Truancy Court.

• Truancy Referral Cover Sheet - Form used to accompany Truancy Court referals

• Underage Student Letter - Letter sent home to students who are 5 years old and are chronically truant.  If there is no response from the parent/guardian, the child is to be withdrawn.
