Personal Property Inventory System

This system maintains an inventory of all School District of Philadelphia furniture, equipment, computers and other items that have a unit price of greater than five hundred dollars and a useful life of greater than one year.

Each District school or office location now has an inventory designee with access to the Advantage Financial System in order to effect disposals, transfers, and modifications of their inventory items. In addition, inventory reports are available through the Advantage Reports function on the District’s website.

In accordance with District policy, annual physical inventories are required to be performed. This report is also included as part of the Advantage Reports function on the District’s website.
